Etalbond aluminum composite panels are manufactured near Athens (Greece) by the ELVAL GROUP, the leading European manufacturer of architectural coated metal products.

Etalbond standard panels have low-density PE core laminated on both sides with 0,5 mm aluminum sheets coated with 2- or 3-layer PVDF or VHDPE paint, resulting in a material which is structurally strong and rigid but at the same time easily formable and lightweight. Etalbond panels come with a standard factory guarantee of 10 years.

Etalbond also offers FR panels with a mineral core (fire rating B-s1,d0) and even incombustible panels (fire rating A2-s1,d0) for high-rise buildings, escape ways of commercial buildings or any other application requiring compliance with such stringent norms.

Fixing: The panels must be installed in a ventilated facade  construction (i.e. with an air gap between the rear side of the panels and the insulation layer) using metallic profiles for the support structure. Panels are then fastened to the profiles by means of rivets, that can have the same color as the panels for almost invisible fixing. It must be remembered that direct contact of the aluminium surface with metals such as copper, brass, steel and bronze will result in corrosion.

Warranty: the products come with a 10 years from the manufacturer
