Etalbond

ETALBOND® is the trade name of the aluminium composite panels manufactured by Greek company ELVAL COLOUR, a leading manufacturer of architectural coated metal products.

ETALBOND® panels have a low-density PE core laminated with 0,5 mm aluminium sheets on both sides and  protected by 3-layer PVDF coating, resulting in a material that is structurally strong and with very high rigidy but easily formable and lightweight at the same time, guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years even under the most severe environmental conditons. ETALBOND® FR is also available with B-s1,d0 fire rating.

Standard sizes of flat panels: 1250-1500mm width x 3200mm lenght, thickness 3,4 or 6 mm.

Fixing: The panels must be installed in a ventilated facade  construction (i.e. with an air gap between the rear side of the panels and the insulation layer) using metallic profiles for the support structure. Panels are then fastened to the profiles by means of rivets, that can have the same color as the panels for almost invisible fixing. It must be remembered that direct contact of the aluminium surface with metals such as copper, brass, steel and bronze will result in corrosion.
